Finance Deals of the Week: $150M Acquisition Loan on Six State Industrial Portfolio

In the week of February 26 to March 1, several notable finance deals took place. Affinius Capital provided a $150 million loan for the acquisition of a six-state industrial portfolio. The lender for this transaction was Ares Management.

Another significant deal involved X-Caliber Funding and CastleGreen Finance, who provided $122 million to refinance and convert a historic hotel located at 6210 East Ocean Boulevard in Long Beach, California, into residences.

In New York City, the HPD and HDC partnered with Douglaston Development and Entertainment Community Fund to secure $106 million for a 100 percent affordable housing development at 509 West 48th Street in west Manhattan.

Columbia Pacific Advisors and Nuveen Green Capital, along with VP Companies, closed a deal worth $89 million for a six-building mixed-use property in Seattle. The property includes a hotel, residential units, and retail spaces.

Lastly, Williams Equities obtained a $65 million loan from 3650 REIT for a residential property located at 304 East 45th Street in New York.
